
Ekiti State Government will on Saturday, 18th January, 2025 hold a training program for members of the 4th Ekiti State Youth Parliament.
The State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Gold Adedayo in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, explained that the training program was designed to equip the State’s youth parliamentarians with essential leadership skills and a deeper understanding of the parliamentary process.
According to him, the program would comprise intensive interactive sessions and expert-led workshops, adding that participants would gain invaluable insights into effective governance, public policy formulation, and the critical role of legislators in a democratic society.
Reiterating the commitment of the Oyebanji administration to nurturing the next generation of leaders, Adedayo assured that no stone would be left unturned towards nurturing youths in the State particularly, members of the 4th Ekiti State Youth Parliament with the aim of turning them into exemplary leaders who will positively impact their communities and beyond.

He solicited the continued support of all stakeholders for efforts of Government in Youth development, stressing the need for expected participant to take advantage of the opportunity provided by the program to develop themselves and improve their value to the society.
The one day training program is scheduled to hold at the Jibowu Hall, Governor’s Office in Ado Ekiti at 10 am prompt.
