
Ekiti State Government will on Monday officially commence a six-day training programme under which 100 Youths in the State will be trained in Meter and Basic Electrical Installation.
A statement from the Office of the State Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Otunba Kayode Fasae made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti disclosed that the six- day training programme slated to hold at the Government Technical College, Ado -Ekiti would commence at 9.00am.

The Commissioner explained that the training programme is organized by his Ministry in collaboration with the Ekiti State Electricity Regulatory Bureau and is designed to equip young people in Ekiti State with the Skills and knowledge needed to become proficient meter and other basic electrical installers
He said the six-day programme will hold from Monday 17th to Saturday 22nd March, 2025
